Due to items being handmade, we do NOT: accept refunds, order changes or returns. Once orders are placed, no sizes changes, or style changes etc.

If an item is damaged or has any fabric defects (stains etc) , you have within 48 hrs from receiving the item to notify us about it to our email: passeywhitney@gmail.com. We will send you the return label and you have 3-5 business days to ship the item back to us. Item MUST be unwashed as well as unworn. We will either offer a replacement or swap item with equal value. If your item has any stitching issues, you have 7-10 days after receiving item to reach out to us with pictures of the item. We will send you a return label and ask you to please ship your item back within 3-5 business days. We will repair or replace your item free of charge.
